Spanish Present Tense: regular verb endings
Short answer
Drop -ar, -er or -ir and add the endings: hablo, hablas, habla, hablamos, habláis, hablan. The present covers what is true now, what happens regularly, and plans that are as good as settled.

Three conjugations, by infinitive ending: -ar, -er, -ir.

The -er and -ir endings match except in nosotros and vosotros.
The Spanish present covers English I speak and I am speaking:
