Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Trazo (the “Service”), operated by Trazo. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create in Trazo. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (including syncing across your devices and providing AI features). You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to use it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful or abusive.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don’t upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates the law.
• Don’t resell or misrepresent the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

The core notebook is free. AI features are offered on a paid plan (“Pro”), with a free trial period. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with advance notice.

AI features

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided as a study aid and should not be relied on as authoritative. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trazo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. We strongly recommend keeping your own copies of important content.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice.
